Tom Karrow interviewing and working with legendary elder, David Pinder Sr. of McLeans Town, Grand Bahamas... Mr. Pinder started guiding in 1958 and hosted the likes of Joe Brooks, Lee Wulff, Lefty Kreh and many others. He is a great great grandfather in his family, and can be considered  the grandfather of Bonefishing in the Bahamas. To call Mr. Pinder the most gentlemanly man I have ever met, would be an understatement

Working on fisheries habitat maps with Omeko Glinton, grandson of David Pinder Sr. and now recognized as the best guide on Grand Bahamas and perhaps all of the Bahamas. He is a visionary, passionate, educated Bahamian and I was honored to meet him. Omeko is son of Stanley Glinton and Grandson of Frankie Glinton; both legendary guides from Grand Bahamas.

DNA samples taken for BTT and FCF research initiatives and Mr. Bone swims another day. Sustainable fishing requires careful handling and sound scientific research to learn about local population habits, trends, and threats. Ghost Stories is seeking local knowledge accross the Bahamas to add and support knowledge.

Strong eosystems have balanced predator/prey relationships which innneivtably balance themselves. Rich Bonefish waters are always home to Barracuda.
